Maxx Operational Management Pty Limited ABN 75 135 361 616 (MAXX) is an Australian management consultancy company with a difference.

MAXX has its roots in a business established by Gerhard Ludwig in 1996 as a new type of resource for organisations wishing to improve their performance – one that was less consultative and more action-oriented – one that worked with its clients rather than for them – a consulting firm focused on delivering meaningful operational improvement – implementation, not just analysis.

As the successor to that business, MAXX continues the tradition of working with its clients throughout Australasia to meet their objectives – to improve their performance, producing improvements that are both measurable and sustainable.
