About MAXX Implementation

MAXX has been in operation for over ten years, and is a privately owned, Australian company.  The managing director has had many years experience in the broad business community, both domestically and internationally.  The opportunity was seen to develop a new kind of resource that was less consultative (tells you what) and more action oriented (discovers what, and partners in the how).  Our results are measurable, and we make ourselves accountable for delivering results.

We are a resource that CEO’s use to help them achieve their objectives.  However we also believe that our value is in helping the individuals in an organisation become more successful, so in the longer term, we become working partners in a company’s change program, because the people want us back.

A consulting firm focused on delivering meaningful operational improvement – implementation, not just analysis.

How we Operate during an Operational Due Diligence

  • Review and improve the way client businesses plan, deliver, monitor and continuously improve execution of their work
  • We work at the operational level of the business “where the rubber hits the road”
  • Work from first hand not second hand information – hence the “day in the life” studies and staff interviews

What we do

  • Focus on the transfer of skills and knowledge to people in partnering organisations
  • Fit in to organisations to cover a skill gap
  • Provide conservative assessment of the sustainable benefits that can be realised by addressing the root cause of issues and problems identified
  • Mould the process to 'dovetail' with the organisations existing initiatives
  • Include people in the process
  • Coach, develop and mentor key players

What we don’t do

  • Write reports for the shelf
  • Develop technical and academic approaches to practical issues
  • Exclude people from the process
  • Develop work in isolation of reality
  • Miss operational basics
