BUSINESS ANALYST
We require an experienced business analyst / change implementation consultant with a proven track record of extensive in-depth operational and process analysis, including skills and methodologies that convert from a business analysis phase into an implementation phase by using information, persuasion and strategy to energise stakeholders into embracing the change required, and participating in the change implementation.
Our organisation works in many industries providing functional process expertise that ensures industry specific initiatives are implemented and sustained. Your skill at working at the coalface to redesign work practices and produce and sustain behavioural change, will be invaluable in this regard. The positions will suit those with post graduate qualifications in a business or psychology related discipline, and a willingness to engage in extensive travel.
