MAXX Implementation is an Australian consulting group specialising in process re-engineering. A position exists for a manager to implement applications addressing process and attitudinal change.

1. Briefly advise your business analysis and client presentation experience (including track record of analysis converting into projects).

2. Briefly advise your experience in facilitating business analysis and business review processes (conceptually and examples in practice).

3. Briefly advise your flexibility to conduct business analysis studies and lead client presentations at a shift supervisor level to senior management level.

4. Briefly advise your experience in handling difficult client managers who do not want help from consultants and resist and sabotage proposed change programs.

5. Briefly advise your persuasive report writing and presentation skills and experience.

6. Briefly advise your computer literacy (Word, Excel, spreadsheet skills, Access, PowerPoint, Visio) and other skills (such as analytical, financial, SAP, MRP2 etc).

7. Advise your availability, potential commencement date (notice period) and Australian residency status.

8. Advise your salary expectation for permanent or fixed term employment or weekly rate for fixed term or casual independent contractor engagement including GST.
